Terms and conditions

• You must provide genuine details when joining WOW Free Gifts and validate your email address. If any details are entered incorrectly your account will be closed and any points in it will be forfeited. If a transactions is authorised but then the merchants comes back to us and tells us the details entered were fraudulent then you may have your points revoked.
• All details that we request in our registration form must be provided.
• We reserve the right to delete your account for any reason at any time and withhold your points.
• If cookies are not fully enabled on your computer then we will not be able to track tranactions back to you to correctly allocated your points, most computers have cookies enabled but you can check to see if yours are by going to the tools menu, selecting internet options then the privacy tab.
• We only allow one account per household.
• Members must be at least 14 years of age
• When you complete an offer it is automatically tracked and credited to your account within 45 days. Please note the retailer has full rights to reject the transaction if they wish to.
• If an item is out of stock, it will usually be remove from the site however we may not always realise.
• From time to time transactions may be confirmed and then cancelled later on, this is a rare case. But will happen if you are generating fake leads.
• By agreeing to our terms and conditions you also agree to be subscribed to our free newsletter and our promotional email list. WOW Free Gifts may maintain separate email lists for different purposes. If email recipients wish to end their email subscription from a particular list, they need to follow the instructions at the end of each email message to unsubscribe from the particular list. To unsubscribe from all our email lists, a person must send an email to unsubscribe@wowmedia.eu. You also agree that we may pass your details on to third parties we think you may be interested in.
• We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time however you will be notified of the changes made.
• Daily Clicks can be done once every 24 hours, some can be done more than once in 24 hours and these will say so in the description.
• A fair usuage policy applies to the referral scheme, you may only refer a maximum of 20 people in one day. Also if the referral never completes just 1 transaction then it may be removed - this is only in extreme cases however.
• An offer which requires you to register/enter a competition can only be completed once.
• This agreement is governed by English law and any dispute connected with this agreement is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. If any provision of this agreement shall be held or made invalid or unenforceable by a court decision, statute, rule or otherwise, the remaining provisions of this agreement shall not be affected thereby.
